Very disappointing. Lack of cleanliness. Gas ran out so no hot water. Took several hours for her to respond then asked us to go and get new bottle at a cost of 45.00 which was to be re imbursed. Two ladies in there 70,s. Nothing in my account yet. Very uncared for property. Lounge suite needed cleaning. A lot of issue's. Smell in second bedroom. Pillows smelled. We went and bought some rather than sleep on the ones provided. Bins hadnt been emptied lawns and gardens overgrown. Very grubby property. This property could be lovely with some care and attention. Outdoor furniture broken. Pots and pans needed replacing. This property needs a thorough clean and i dont think the owner knows how to do this. Doors had grubby marks down them ,lightfittings covered in dust. Curtain rail fell down in lounge. Had to get a lightbulb for the broken one in a bedroom. Very very disappointing. I have run holiday homes and this home would not be on my books.

We had one of our data technician's stay for a couple of nights at this home whilst he was working in the area. His wife and small dog came along to enjoy the beautiful Mount Maunganui. They rated their Air bnb experience as 5/5 in all regards.

lovely spacious home with super comfy beds and great outdoor area for sunny bbq's! ideal location a short walk from the beach and supermarket. would recommend!
