A lovely apartment in a beautiful location. Well appointed, although some things were lacking, and the hot tub broke during our visit for 2 days.

Це дуже просторі апартаменти з гарним ремонтом та меблями. Є все необхідне для відпочинку. З тераси відкривається чудовий краєвид. Можна провести час у джакузі, а також за грою у більярд та ігрові автомати. В апартаментах відчували себе як вдома. Поряд центр, магазини та ресторани. Все дуже сподобалось. Ми дуже вдячні господарю за гостинність. Рекомендуємо.

The condo was gorgeous. Modern furniture and minimalist decoration. There was plenty to do being in a central area, having a billiards table, air hockey table, hot tub and amazing wrap around roof. The owner was very responsive to any issues or questions and made recommendations for food. It was spacious and had plenty of room for 3 couples. Our only issues were the check-in process which is not touchless (which it often is back home) leaving us waiting about 15-20 minutes to get in, we did not have hot water until our second night, a plumber had to come leaving my family frustrated with cold showers, and we were told to leave the front door unlocked because it might get stuck and told it was safe. Luckily it was never an issue but made us uncomfortable.

Gorgeous and spacious apartment - pretty much as pictured - in the middle of Palermo, walkable to most attractions and shopping areas (supermarket 5 mins walk), while still in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds & 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) on the 1F, and a sofa bed & 1 bathroom in the common area on 2F. Projector, dishwasher, washing machine & clothes dryer were all working great - there was also an air hockey table, pool table, Pacman arcade, bbq machine, but we didn't use any of those. Hot tub on the terrace was also pre-filled and working, but also did not use it (may want to ask in advance if the tub is working if that's a dealbreaker for you). The host was fast at responding and accommodating to our requests. Minor downside: the 2nd floor bathroom had poor drainage and water seeped out of the showers. Nice to know: as a previous review mentioned, 1 of the bedrooms at the far end of the house, far away from the bathrooms; 2 bedrooms doors made out of glass.
