Edwards place was perfect for our stay! I loved the ease of checking in and how clean the space was. Extra details like having the water pitcher in the fridge filled, having coffee and snacks available, and also some toiletries provided in the bathroom really made our stay even better. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this host truly cares and wants his guests to feel comfortable!

Really can't say enough good things about Edwards wonderful place. He is also very responsive. I mentioned something last time we stayed and he acted on the suggestion. I was blown away. He's also VERY understanding. We made a bad mistake but he understood and we worked it all out. He has the best place we have stayed in. The place is always immaculate, and super abuntly stocked with goodies. New kitchen equipment, wonderful water filter, great selection of coffee, 2 big screen TVs, and super fast internet 346Mb download and 184 upload! It's very quite and it's a great location for us. Close to everything we need and do. OUTSTANDING VALUE. You will be very please you stayed there.

It was very peaceful & quiet! Everything was laid out. Even gave a book of different things to do and restaurants nearby. I would definitely rent again.

I loved how responsive he was! Before i even requested to stay (I was asking him certain details about the place) he sent me an invite. The place had exactly what the pictures showed plus a few updated items and neat features that added to the mood. He even had a binder with local attractions, food, and fun facts. The user manuals for all the kitchen equipment is there. The details for entry and his checkout process were clear and crisp. Absolutely loved it here!

Edward’s place is absolutely worth the money if you're staying in the Quad Cities--what a deal! Even though it was only one room, it felt like a small house that we could've spent a whole week at. Edward maximized the space with smart, quality furnishings that met every need we may have had. Nothing felt outdated or second-hand, and the entire place felt very clean. It's also great that this is an accessible, single-level room with the bathroom a short walk from the bed. We can't recommend Edward’s place enough: comfortable temperature, cozy bed, easy access, easy check-in, and a wonderful local guidebook. It's the only Airbnb we've stayed in that we don't have any suggestions for--Edward was always two steps ahead in providing everything we could possibly need.
