This rental was a nice studio-type apartment. The living area was spacious and the dining/kitchen was updated. There were living room chairs, a fireplace (we didn't use), and the TV was easy to use. To our surprise, there were beach chairs/towels, sand toys, extra bedding, among other things in the large closet. Separate from the bathroom was a large mirror with a chair and counter for someone to finish doing their hair/makeup outside of the bathroom. The hot water seems to be endless in the shower! The bathroom was very clean with updated (fancy) fixtures. The view of water could be seen from the living room window. The pool, beach, and great restaurants were within walking distance. The renter was very helpful from beginning to end during our stay.

Tony was amazing, very responsive! The directions he gave for everything were very helpful. They made getting around to everything super easy. The place was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very easy to keep up with. The only downside, which was of course no fault of Tony’s, is the hours of the pool, hot tub, and beach. They open at dawn and close at dusk. It just made it a little difficult to schedule anything with 3 little ones, and cheer competitions. Specific hours would’ve been more helpful. Aside from that, Tony and his condo were perfect for us! Right across from the pool, and only a few hundred feet from the beach, which was awesome!

This location was more than we hoped for. Our room was clean, and efficent. The beds were very confortable and the linens and towels were a good quality. The two burner stove, helped us make some of our own meals. A dehumidifier was a benefit for Floridas high humidity. Very friendly and safe community. Palm tree lined walkways, enjoyed both beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Two great resturants and live entertainment next to property. Many other wonderful parks and amenities within a short drive.
