Great location for activities in and around Gatlinburg. Not far from the free trolley stops if you want to use the public transportation. The coolest thing about our stay were the bears passing by the patio. They have a path they travel that is right next to the railing. Definitely a bit scary, but amazing to see! We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the condo was. It is a big building and there were quite a few people who appeared to also be visitors. We were not disturbed at all by other guests or exterior noises. There was an issue with the Keurig and James offered to replace it the same day. However, there was a drip coffee maker, so we didn't even need to go without coffee. Overall, very satisfied and we would recommend this to others.
