Great stay - resort was fantastic with excellent pool and grounds. Unit itself was clean, well maintained, and looked to be recently refurbished. Eich was responsive and helpful.

We've stayed in the KoOlina area a few times prior to this trip, usually at the Ko Olina Beach Villas next to the Marriott. We much prefer this area over say Waikiki. The Mariott suites themselves are not quite as high end as the Beach Villas, but still very nice and the resort grounds have much better amenities. Service was great. Resort grounds are well maintained and everything was clean and relatively new. Food choice was rather limited so we usually drove to Kapolei (10-15 min drive) to dine. We did have a problem at check in where the resort had us staying for obligated 2 nights. Eventually got resolved and host was diligent and responsive, but there was a night of worrying whether we had accommodations for 5 nights of our stay and we also had to switch suites after the first two nights so that was a bit of a pain.

Rich’s description of the property was spot on. TBH, can’t go too wrong with a Marriott property. They have all the amenities. The actual unit was very clean. It looked and smelled like it was recently renovated…fresh! Close enough to sights…Waikiki, North Shore, Kaneohe, Foodland, Target, Costco. That said, you could check in here and not leave the property at all, too!
