Evolve was a pretty good host. I initially didn't like that it was a company that ran this (I'd had bad experiences before) but they were great. I had a contact who was my liason throughout the stay. She was lovely. The space was clean, well maintained, and looked like the pictures. The front of the home is a little deceptive, it doesn't look as nice as the inside does (I got worried when I looked it up on Google Maps). They had clear instructions and the view was gorgeous. They were great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The highlight was the unexpected bonus of a converted garage serving as a second master room and 4th bedroom, adding to the comfort of our accommodations. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully scented, with thoughtful touches like neatly stacked towels tied with bows for each guest. Nestled amidst stunning red mountains, the location was picturesque, although the Wi-Fi and phone service were occasionally unreliable due to the rural setting. Nonetheless, we adored every aspect of the property, from the inviting Jacuzzi to the outdoor bar. The only minor inconvenience was the early checkout time of 10 AM, unlike the usual 11 AM found in most hotels and Airbnbs. Overall, it was a delightful retreat, and we would gladly return.

The place was great, house was awesome. We loved the large hot tub and the karaoke setup in the one living space. Nice having three showers. They had great selection of kitchen items/utensils and even had extra towels for the hot tub. Only thing I didn’t like was the cleanup needed. Wasn’t very difficult (start load of laundry and load the dishwasher, take out the trash and strip the bedding) but we paid a $300+ cleaning fee that we felt we really shouldn’t be asked to do a lot of the work ourselves or remove the fee/lower it.

We had a family weekend with 8 people and this was a perfect house! About 18-20 mins from "downtown" Sedona but close enough for our group. The views are amazing and the house was as well. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful Scenery and Location. Hot Tub and Karaoke set up are nice and enjoyable. BUT If you plan to be up past 9:30pm don’t book this place. Host & Owner are extremely controlling using noise monitors and what looked like video monitoring. For early Check in they Requested $100 per hour. The neighbors will complain if there is noise of any point past 9pm and will call the police. Way too early of a checkout of 10am and way overpriced for what you get overall
