Location, Location, Location. Amazing Views in the heart of Rincon. I've been coming to Rincon for a few years and I have to say this is one of my top stays. Perfect view of the sunsets right off the balcony and Pool. Literally "steps" away from the famous Steps beach where you can snorkel and/or just relax by the ocean. Minutes from all the top restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend. Rachael was amazing and very responsive to all questions.

La vista y la ubicación es espectacular! Necesita mantenimiento, sillas rotas y sucias, la piscina turbia, los mattress en dos de los cuartos están malos. Es una casa hermosa y con mucho espacio, pero está algo descuidada en muchos detalles. No hay mapo, ni tostadora, muchos carteles con lo que no está permitido pero no avisaron que pegado hay una construcción! Igual muy agradecidos!

This is an excellent place to spend a few days in a relaxed atmosphere with excellent and beautiful surroundings. The host was very kind and responsive (Rachel was great!), the instructions were clear, and the property was clean and orderly. It is definitely a place to return to in the near future.
