Place was filthy; used soap bars, not stocked w/ towels, TP. Bed sheets were dirty. Bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, noisy too. Bay window had streak marks all over, appeared as if a naked body had been against it. Patio was trashed, fireplace had no propane. Host refilled tanks the second day, but left it out for me to put back into fireplace on my own. Stairs and parking not lit at all. No broom, mop, anything to clean with. All records unrecognizable, cheaply thrifted it seemed. Made me accept extended stay to get a discount for inconveniences, but was charged full price for more days than I even wanted. Told AirBnB I had too many guests, but I followed rules of 2 and had my son for one of those nights. There is a camera in a hidden spot too, not sure on where, but believe it’s outside near patio. Worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Unfortunately, it was only problem after problem once I arrived. I did not feel the safest being tucked away in the back of a commercial parking lot all by myself. The lower portion of the building was completely dark. The place was not cleaned at all, patio was trashed, hadn’t been swept and had no cleaning tools there, no propane for the fire, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept (or didn’t!) on. Record player didn’t work, not like there was a single artist I recognized in the entire pile. Bed wasn’t properly made; I didn’t even sleep on their sheets, went and bought my own. Horrible drafts, used bars of soap all over the shower, not fully stocked with towels/washcloths, half used rolls of toilet paper (only 2, ran out on the way out). Even had to hassle with getting the fireplace outside back together myself when the host brought back the refilled tank and just let it sitting half hooked up for me to finish. Everything that went wrong, did. I’ve never had this happen before.

Audrey’s place was exactly what I needed to rest up during my trip!
