A cozy abode where families and friends can have a home away from home experience and enjoy a state of the art gym, swimming pool, sauna, indoor games. One can sit by the infinity pool at the terrace and soak up the view from Zuari river or take a long nature walk downhill to the river bank, or hail a taxi in minutes to enjoy the beaches of South Goa. A perfect den for travellers seeking work from home. The guests can use the entire apartment along with free allotted parking and all the common facilities provided by the apartment complex including the swimming pool at the ground level, gym, sauna, yoga deck, indoor games and the terrace lounge. Property rules have to be followed for common areas as per society guidelines.

Me and my friends had a pleasant stay. Didn't had to interact much with the host, everything was in place and place was clean and tidy. Happy to have chosen this place for our stay.

Staying at Arpita’s place was like stepping into a dreamy haven of comfort and style. The space was not just a place to sleep but a curated masterpiece of design. From the moment I entered, I felt a sense of warmth and sophistication. Arpita’s creativity in decor and attention to detail turned a stay into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! Few suggestions: replace remotes of ACs & fans, they are not properly working. Cutlery set should have more bowls. :)

You can perpetually never miss the flight as the international airport is just 10 mins away. Joets at Bogmalo beach is a great place to unwind by the beach, a 15 mins drive. Colva, Majorda and most south beaches are just half hour away. While in South Goa visit Martins corner, to experience the best Goan food. Daily supplies or anything that you need is just a call away. You can move around by using the ecab services of GoaMiles or book a self driven car, a bike or bicycle on hire through our trusted and recommended operators.
Free parking slot is allotted at no. 178 below the building no. 10, this will be shown to you during check in. We can recommend trusted vendors providing self driven cars to get around.
