We were dissapointed with the overall cleanliness of the unit. We have stayed in many different types of accomodation in Forster and most have been immaculately clean. For what we paid to stay here for 4 nights I would have expected a better level of cleanliness. The balcony hadn't been cleaned, you could see the glass doors had not been cleaned before our stay, the bbq was left dirty and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. There was long black hair over the floor and dust on a lot of surfaces and under things. The airconditioner leaks onto the lounge and the lounge smells. The furniture is outdated and too big for such a small unit.

Handy location. Well equipped kitchen and apartment. Internet was reliable and easy to connect. Double bed in spare room wasn't practical for family with two teenage kids.

The apartment was great, the location was great, the check in staff were great. What was disappointing was that towels and sheets weren't provided and we had to pay extra for that. That's just crazy, who travels with their own sheets and towels? There wasn't even soap provided, we had to go buy some. The extra cost of the linen meant that it wasn't really good value

Beautiful spotless accommodation in a great location. Unit has everything needed for a long or short stay. Will be back again

The location is great, close to beaches and restaurants. Kids had lots of fun around there. Walk distance to some lookouts. We were also lucky to see some dolphins playing. However, half of the balcony is blocked by the construction scaffold, which is not mentioned in the description. The whole building is being renovated at the moment.
