I don’t recommend for nobody. The bed is bad the picture beautiful but when we arrived there not the same. The bathroom door horrible.

We had an absolutely awful experience here - definitely avoid. The room was not as pictured as this is a halls of residence for students which seems to be used as Airbnbs during summer. The shower room is tiny. However we could forgive these as the stay was cheap. The main issues we had were with our experiences in the room. Our room key was given out to another guest who then entered our room at 2am. This then happened AGAIN in the morning as the cleaner had been incorrectly told that we had checked out. We barely slept as a result of this distress and worry about our safety. As we did not feel our belongings were secure and felt our safety was at risk, we checked out early and continued our stay at a nearby hotel instead. The receptionist and host did not seem to understand the severity of these incidents and offered only a 20% refund - less than the cost of the night that we did not even stay in the property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Short notice booking, vikki was as accommodating as could be. Room was clean, tidy and cosy. The shower is a little on the small side. Great location 30 mins walk from Leicester Square.
