My first meeting was Vadim was warm, welcoming & very friendly. He also accomadated my earliy check in time, and he made me coffee and bought fresh bananas & flowers for the kitchen area for all the guests to enjoy as well. Vadim home was very comfortable and had all supplies in my bedroom, bathroom and kitchen areas needed for a comfortable stay. The house is very well kept, clean and orgaized. There is also a washer & dryer for use. The nighborhood is lovely, close to the water for a nice excercise walk/run and also walking distance to a supermarket, restarants, and nail salons. I'm a single woman traveling, and felt very safe in Vadims home. When I return back into town for a business & pleasure trip, I will most certainly stay with Vadim again, he truly is a gracious & cordial host.

With Summertime finally here, I’m enjoying Vadim’s bbq out on the deck and walking around the neighborhood! Two shelves were added to the room for extra storage space. Vadim was gracious allowing me to wash my car in his driveway. Little things like this make a great impact on my ongoing stay!

Vadim continues to be an amazing host - shares his wonderful space, wisdom, and delicious food! The house is always maintained to ensure a great experience. Still feels like home. Still using the home gym. Highly recommended.
