In a stunning position among the sweet rolling hills close to the fascinating hilltop city of Volterra this typical country house has been converted into four apartments with garden and panoramic shared swimming pool (6x12 mts- depth 1,45 mts, seasonal opening). Each apartment has its own private outside area with table and chairs for dining out. Three apartments are for guests and one is inhabited by the welcoming owners. BBQ and wifi available. Apartment Federico (sleeps 8) – 160 sqm – First floor. The access to the apartment is through an internal staircase of 18 steps. Kitchen with fireplace (fridge with freezer, 4 rings cooker, oven, microwaves oven, American coffee maker, toaster); spacious dining room with tv; one double bedroom (twin on request) with a baby bed; one double bedroom with a single bed; one double bedroom (twin on request) and a single bed; one bathroom with shower and washing machine; one bathroom with tub.

Ottimo agriturismo sulle colline in mezzo alla natura, gestione familiare splendida e molto disponibili. Posto ottimo per famiglie o amici che vogliono passare del tempo di qualità assieme
Non ho potuto dare le 5 stelle perché, purtroppo, abbiamo avuto qualche problema nell'alloggio, prima con lo scarico dei water nei 2 bagni, poi con l'acqua calda che non arrivava ma, fortunatamente, la reattività dei proprietari si è rivelata fondamentale per risolvere i problemi in tempi brevissimi e sono stati molto gentili anche a non addebitarci parte delle spese di riscaldamento preventivate. Torneremo.

In the area there are several tourist itineraries that guests can do by car, mountain bike and trekking. At the same time its secluded position, 4 km up into the hills, ensure a supremely relaxing environment away from the madding crowds. The large shared swimming pool (6x12 mts- depth 1,45 mts ), enjoys wonderful views and is the perfect spot to relax.
