We've stayed at Colleen's place several times and love everything about it (beautiful kitchen, comfy living area, spacious bedroom, wonderful bathroom and shower, and big bonus...laundry room!) It is truly one of our very favorite places we have ever stayed and will return again!
The apartment far exceeded our expectations in every respect. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, dreamy bedding, very comfortable bed, chefs kitchen, great walk in, over sized shower with gorgeous tile, lush wonderfully taken care of potted plants and so much more. Corresponding with Colleen and Larry before, during and even after we left was a pleasure. Definitely our go to home when we visit beautiful Gunnison.

Great spot close to the center of town. And close for daily trips up to CB. The place was well thought out. Great amount of space and plenty of amenities. Felt so personalized and welcoming. The work they’ve put in to create such a gorgeous space didn’t go unnoticed.

Hello and Welcome! I'm Colleen, and my husband and I are the hosts of the Pine Street Carriage House. We are new to the Airbnb world and look forward to sharing our love for the Gunnison-Crested Butte Valley with people from all over. I'm a Colorado native and attended college here in Gunnison at WCU to study geology, a unique area with textbook geology right in our own “backyard.” My husband and I are now retired and spend much of our time skiing, hiking and riding our mountain bikes. There is so much to do and take advantage of, and although Crested Butte gets lots of well deserved attention, we love the community and small town vibe of Gunnison as our home base. We built our carriage house in 2019 when we moved back to Gunnison from Fort Collins, CO. We tackled it along with the project of a major remodel of our 1882 original house. Almost two years later everything is finished and we're ready to welcome guests like you. We hope you have a great stay whether it's getting up to the high country up-valley or Hartman's Rocks near Gunnison, or being able to walk on over to the Main Street restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops. We hope you enjoy your stay!
