We have been to Palma several times,and this is the best appartment we have stayed in to date. It is very well placed for all of Palma's sites and there are very good local restaurants nearby. Supermarkets also within a few minutes walk. The appartment was very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace was large with good seating and sun loungers and a barbecue. An added bonus was the balcony overlooking the street. The hosts were proactive and communication was prompt. we would not hesitate to stay here again, and strongly recommend.

Smart apartment, very convenient location near Plaza Major, mini supermarket almost opposite, great coffee shop 50m away, key pad entry so no need for keys, comfy beds, good showers. One bathroom smelt awful when we arrived, but a big bottle of bleach and running water through sink/shower/flushing loo fixed it. Although it's on a small street, it's only on the first floor so there is some noise at night including from nightly bin lorries. No rowdiness, just people being people. Water machine in hall not working when we stayed. A few maintenance issues. Overall it was a good apartment and we'd stay again if we visited Palma again.

The apartment was in a great location, supermarkets nearby and an easy walk to most of the major tourist attractions and shops. Although in a busy shopping street and very near to The Plaza Mayor, by the evening it was a very quiet location. Only a 5 minute walk to the bus station and also the frequent airport bus. The self check-in with the codes being sent to you was easy and efficient. The flat was spacious, with a great people watching balcony. Excellent WiFi. Comfy beds and great showers. We only had one small problem that was rectified the next day. Any questions to the host were very quickly answered. On arrival there were two bottles of water in the fridge that could then be refilled from a water machine on the stairs of the apartment block - very useful. The apartment is as described and we would have no hesitation in coming back to it if ever we were in Palma again.

Das Apartment ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wunderbar groß. Der kleine Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight. Allerdings sind die Möbel schon sehr abgewohnt. Natürlich kann man sie benutzen, allerdings wäre es gut, wenn man sie regelmäßig reinigen (Sofa und Hocker), pflegen (Schrank im kleinen Schlafzimmer, Nachttischlampe) bzw. austauschen (Duscharmaturen) würde. Fazit: Irgendwann war alles mal schön und neu, inzwischen aber leider nicht gut genug gepflegt. Schade, denn die Lage ist grandios!
