We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place!! It was a beautiful place and so comfortable. The people around the beach were so kind and welcoming. We would absolutely consider coming back!

Second time staying here. Always clean, cozy, inviting, and feels like home. Nice change from staying in the same old hotels all the time. Love the privacy. One of our favorites and of course we’ll be back!

I wish there would have been a Concert next door at the Casino Ballroom, while we were staying there. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. We lived the location, easy to walk to the good spots in Hampton Beach.

We absolutely LOVED Amanda’s place! We were in town for a concert at the Casino Ballroom. I’m not sure how I managed to score this place, but what an absolute gem! The cottage was steps away from the Ballroom, absolutely spotless, and so cozy! The mattress on the bed was SO comfortable. I have another concert here next year, and you bet I’ll be checking to see if this place is available. 10/10!
