We rented Karina's place for University of Tampa's graduation. If you are looking for a location close to the school this is definitely it. It was close to everything we needed to be near and the bonus was its offering of resort like amenities . The place was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and stores and restaurants were in walking distance. Check in was super easy and clear instructions were provided for and additional accesses that were needed. Highly recommend.

Loved this place, very clean and modern. Has a beautiful pool for a relaxing day. The hosts were always quick to respond. I would definitely come back again!!
