Très belle maison avec toutes les commodités et une piscine agréable. Le jaccusi sur le toit est parfait avec vue sur mer mais ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour. Nous avons pu utiliser celui de la maison voisine. Il y a aussi une table de ping-pong. Les maisons voisines sont très proches ce qui peut causer du vis à vis.

The response rate was fantastic by Ozun and Dr Kadir, we were met by Dr Kadir who was a pleasure to meet. The kitchen is well equipped, and wifi signal is good. Bedrooms are on suite with walk-in showers and hot water is always available Shops/beach/mosques are in walking distance. Supermarket 'Bim' is cheaper then other places, and the town Kas is 30 mins away highly recommended to visit here. Thrs also a open market on Thursdays and Sundays which is fantastic. The only thing that I felt could hv been better is to have some very basic food items after ariving from a evening flight with young children, this would have been appreciated. Dr Kadir was fantastic and made our visit hassle free, we loved our stay at Samira resort thank you so much for having us 😊

Myself and a couple of friends stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 nights. Everything was as described and as per the photos. The Villa is very clean and very modern. The top balcony has a beautiful sea view. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is also a dedicated parking space. The only thing I would like to mention is that it wasn’t exactly clear from instructions how it works with the check in. The villa is actually part of the whole resort and you have to go to the hotel reception to check in. We only found out once we got there and phoned up the host. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We've rented Samira Villa 2 for 8 nights and it was exceptional. The villa has everything you may need. The location is great even for those having no car – you can reach the bus station in less than 10 minutes. If you do have a car, you can park it in the parking lot. The view from the top floors is great, both bedrooms on the second floor have nice balconies. All bathrooms and the kitchen are well equipped. The BBQ grill is very convenient. The pool is great, it also features a comfortable rest area. One can check-in via the Samira hotel desk, the personnel is very kind and helpful. While the check-in time is 16:00, we were provided with the temporary room since we arrived few hours earlier. It was very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend the villa for those looking for the stay in Kalkan.
