Lu was great. Shane was in Aitutaki and I even got to meet him there. It was a really lovely place and just super relaxing. The one thing that is not clear in the description just so others know, there is no electricity in the rooms. This means no fans at night so it did get a bit hot and humid in the rooms. You charge your phones in the kitchen. Overall still a great place to just relax. A plus was she let me use a bike to get around the island so I could save some cash on hiring a scooter.

Lulu was awesome and her place was great! Really cool eco setup with composting toilet (no smell, very clean!) beautiful outdoor shower that was private too. Awesome kitchen with herbs and spices, fresh fruit on property, tea and coffee. Super friendly, relaxed host. Shared local recommendations. Lulu even lent me a bicycle, I cycled down to the lagoon for the day. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Leider war ich nur eine Nacht bei Lu. Sie hat hier ein Paradies erschaffen: Offene Küche, Outdoor-Dusche und ein toller Garten. Ruhig und friedlich. Ich durfte mein Gepäck kostenlos abstellen und sie hat mir ein Taxi organisiert. Vielen Dank! 100% Weiterempfehlung 😊
