Feels like a new house! See temporary pictures in the photos. The house is decorated in a lovely beach/surf style, where you will quickly find peace and can let go of all your worries. The panoramic view of the beautiful sea lights up the entire living room and the sunroom - where there are large windows from floor to ceiling (in winter, there is underfloor heating and it's delightfully warm). The interior is kept in maritime blue and white colors combined with elements from nature and beautiful brass details. The new and huge blue velvet sofa in the middle of the living room has space for the whole family and is the house's focal point! There are 3 bedrooms, where the "master" bedroom has a view of the water and direct access to the large terrace. Here there is also a brand new and amazingly good double bed! Additionally, there is another bedroom with a large double bed, and a smaller room where there is a single bed and the possibility to set up an extra guest bed if needed. As something new this year, all beds will be made up with lovely bed linen, and there will be towels provided, for the number of people that have been booked for. Electricity and water are also included in the price in 2024, so all you need to think about is enjoying your vacation. There is basically room for 6 people, but contact us if you are more, and we can probably find a solution. There is a small cozy bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and shower, as well as a small guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything of general equipment, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine (with built-in dryer) for free use. On the terrace, warm summer evenings with barbecue and fire pit are invited. There are both garden furniture and a delicious lounge where you can enjoy the sunset, which often fills the sky with the most beautiful pastel colors. I also provide several garden games and a SUP board for use. There are also many family and board games for indoor coziness. It is important for me to mention that the house is my primary residence, and is a house of older character. It is indescribably cozy and charming, but since I have mainly renovated it continuously over the years, there are some quirky and, if I may say so myself, innovative details. There are always some small things that can be improved both here and there, but fortunately, it takes nothing away from the overwhelmingly idyllic experience of being there - for the house has really cozy, and the location is completely unique! And the best part is being able to share this fantastic oasis with guests from both inland and abroad, where year after year unforgettable memories and quality time with our loved ones are created. It is allowed to bring a dog, provided that it does not lie in the furniture or is a disturbance to the neighbors. And it is important that vacuuming and cleaning for dog hair, etc., is done before departure. In the summer holiday, it is only possible to book whole weeks with arrival Sunday and departure again Sunday (7, 14, or 28 days). But do not hesitate to contact if you wish for a different solution - it happens that the puzzle can be solved anyway.
