This is a great place to stay for 3 couples- all bedrooms have privacy and are comfortable. The terrace is perfectly situated- can watch the sunset from there, can eat out there as well. There is one chair however with a missing and broken slat so that is the one negative on the patio furniture. We would have booked again but one of the couples could not make it next year.

When arrived the place was spotless. Very close to many great restaurants and the view from the deck was stunning. Maria was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Counting the days until we come back. Thanks Maria for opening your beautiful condo to our group.

The location of Maria's condo at Siesta Key was great..just walk across the road to the beach. There is a free trolly to downtown that picks up right on the corner of the condo complex. The condo is located on the 4th floor so when the elevator is not working you will have to take the stairs. The large balcony was great for the view of the ocean. The funiture on the balcony is a bit worn and could stand to be replaced. Some of the windows don't have screens so we were not able to open them. Overall the condo was clean and spacious. Each bedroom is private from the others and have there own bathroom, which is nice when there are 6 people. The washer and dryer were a bonus to have. The locker had eveything you needed for the beach..chairs, beach toys, floaties, unbrella, and surf boards. I felt it was a safe area to stay and Maria was very quick to replay on any questions we had and was very accommodating.

The view was spectacular but the inside of the condo was a bit of a disappointment. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds too low for some in our party. Kitchen stove top was very user unfriendly. Took us several days to find manuals hidden away in top of one cupboard out of site. Most disappointing was the busy street between us and the beach. Did not show up in any of the pictures.
