This place was an absolute delight to stay at!, absolutely spotless and beautiful interior with the room containing absolutely everything you could need, as well as very generous amounts of wood for the fire. The breakfast items and cakes were an absolute treat.Very peaceful and lovely surroundings, we loved the various farm animals!.Helen the farmer was lovely to talk to and always on hand if you needed anything.Would definitely stay again In the future cannot fault this stay thank you so much!
Place was exactly how described. Everything was super organised and clean (also everything you need for a barbecue!). Ben and Helen are amazing hosts, always responsive and paying attention to details. We felt really welcomed. Really hope to come back!
Lovely stay in the shepherds hut, really great design and quality of finished. The site provides a great chance for some solitude and silence in very peaceful and quiet surroundings.
We really could not have asked for a better stay at Little Ash. You can just feel the love and workmanship that Ben and Helen have put into the huts and land. Comfortable bed, delicious farm fresh breakfast, gorgeous surroundings. Thank you!
Wow! What an incredible find. Probably our favourite air bnb we’ve ever stayed in. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Little Ash Elder. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in the hut blew us away - and it was the most peaceful place to switch off for a couple of days. Ben has put so much into these huts, and reading his story in the guide on arrival made us feel that bit more connected to the beauty of the place. Also the homemade bread from Helen was such a treat! There is so much to do in the area, including a beautiful waterfall walk 5 minutes drive away and a local pub (5 min walk) which did incredible food, and lots of plant based options too! We really enjoyed coming back and putting the fire pit on to toast some marshmallows and watch the stars. Really wholesome and just an incredible experience from start to finish. And what a treat to be surrounded by little lambs in Spring! We’ll definitely be back in the summer for another stay! Thanks Ben and Helen.
