Wonderful, cozy home. The living room/kitchen had beautiful views. The whole place felt private, secluded, and restful. An amazing getaway for my partner and I from the city! I would recommend to anyone.

Evolve is a company sort of like AirBnB, so this review is not for them but for the actual host Kannan and the property. Kannan was a wonderful host. Great communication and very accommodating. The property is quite secluded, but our group enjoyed that. It’s about 25 minutes from Tannersville, 12 minutes from Hunter. We enjoyed the picturesque route to get to the home. One thing to note is that the home does comfortably sleep four adults, but not six as the full bed’s mattress in the one bedroom seems to dip to the one side (may not matter for kids). The kitchen and living room space is great for gatherings with a large table. The wood stove is also awesome. Heats up the entire house in minutes and makes the home feel cozy. Kannan leaves you a bundle of wood to use and that’s so nice. Lots of personal touches like board games and puzzles which our group had a lot of fun with. The house itself needs a good deep cleaning and some TLC though. One thing to remember is that you must take your trash with you when you leave. Not an issue for us, but just something to keep in mind. Overall, our group would stay here again.

Great spot. House was super clean, well stocked with helpful/useful items and it was in a perfect location for a wedding we were attending. It was in a very private location which was nice. No complaints! I would stay here again.
