Wonderful trip. We had everything we needed. Did not need to request anything except a housekeeper mid-stay. Micheal arranged for us. Easy business deliveries for my consulting business. flawless wifi.

Michael was great, there was a problem with the electricity and he got an electrician to fix it the same day - all while he was in NYC! Place is well furnished, perfect location, with a pool in complex big enough to swim laps. We are already planning a return stay.

Michaels apartment was clean and had everything one would need to live very comfortably . Lot,s of supplies and communications were prompt. Being Older, I would recommend a folder in the Apartment with all instructions for appliance,s and security and wifi . I had a problem initially as I did not get the information before I left, that was my fault not Michaels and my mobile phone would not work until i bought a new SIM card. Very close to downtown, five minutes walk to Main Street,s . Everything you would want to enjoy your stay was in the Apartment and enough linen and bedding. Thank you Michael for a very comfortable vacation stay.

Very nice clean easy walkable location in Palm Springs that was very well supplied with items needed for a one month stay..loved the kitchen appliances including washer and dryer that all were great! Host communicated well and I had no problems or negative things with stay! I would live to stay again at Michaels place in the future!!
