We had our annual family reunion - parents, children, and grandchildren, all coming from Colorado or New York. Everyone was thrilled to have all 15 of us under one roof with enough beds to allow some privacy but most of all, opportunity for fun and games both in the house and on OUR private beach. We ranged in ages from 5 to 74 and at the end of our week long vacation, we asked each one to reflect on what they enjoyed the most and put it on paper in a wine glass (anonymously of course.) We then read the out loud on the last night, and everyone agreed our time together in the house and on the beach surpassed even playing Sawgrass and Moss Creek Country Club (the men might not totally agree.) Location is wonderful and our clan both enjoyed and respected place we called home for the week. It was hard to leave 75 to 85 degree weather to resume our lives back in NY. I only had one question upon checking in - how to open the lock box) and there was an immediate response by the owners.

Best Air BNB we have ever stayed in. We had 3 generations, 11 people and everyone loved it. The views were spectacular, beach was beautiful, great kitchen, spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, lots of electrical outlets, a wonderful wrap around porch facing the ocean with lots of rocking chairs. This was also the first house we rented with a table big enough to accomodate our entire party. I can't say enough about this house. We hope to go back again next year.

This was an absoluty 5-star facility. We had a group of nine so it was hard to find a facility for that many. Green Roof was superb! The entire facility is up-to-date and functional. No extra-over-the-top nonesense but absolutely no substandard provisions. The property is neither extreme nor cheap - it is totally functional and comfortable. The main living/eating/meeting area is both incrediblely functional but also provides 12/365 views of incredible ocean frontage. The kitchen/dining facilites are 10x better than ANY facility we have ever rented. The breadth of the kitchen wares and support is simply 'out of the ballpark'.

We had a wonderful family vacation here this past week (last week of February)! It was so clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, and the private wooden seating area at the end of the dunes. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the beautiful porch was the cherry on top. (Not to mention all the great wildlife—gopher tortoises, all sorts of birds diving for fish all day.) We needed a house with accessibility, and the elevator made it easy. The host was great and helpful with our questions about accessibility. (There is a one step entrance, and one step down to get on the porch—otherwise the house is totally accessible with respect to mobility issues.) We did need to purchase most amenities like coffee, olive oil, condiments, more dishwasher detergent, sunscreen etc., but that was clear in the listing, so we just made a grocery trip early on. The house is extremely well cared for and loved. we were so grateful we got to stay at this gem! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our 3rd year in a row visiting Green Roof. We look forward to this trip every year.! The minute we walk through the doors at the Green Roof we feel happy and relaxed. This is a beautiful home right on the beach with everything you could want to enjoy a nice relaxing get away. Immaculate and so well equipped. Thanks for opening up your home to us once again. Can’t wait until next year!
