We really enjoyed our stay at Fabiola's cottage! It was very clean and everything looked as it does in the pictures. Very peaceful setting. Loved that it is in the country but still very accessible for our day at the falls and also the day at Niagara on the lake. Great instructions on how to use everything and a great guide book with local recommendations. Overall A+ host.
April 22nd - 26th 2024 This was our 3rd visit to Inn the Orchard. We had previously stayed twice at the Modern Log Cabin and loved it, but this time we decided to go for something a little larger. The Modern Cottage with Loft did not disappoint and was perfect for a 4 day stay. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and making meals was easy-peasy. The living room had an amazing feel and the reading chair in the corner was the perfect spot to spend a quiet afternoon looking out the patio doors at the orchard. The loft " chefs kiss"! The little desk was the perfect size to sit at and even get some work done from. The bed, super comfy and had different pillows available to make sure that you had the perfect sleep. The bathroom was pristine and roomy with a beautiful sliding barn door for privacy. The backyard was tops. Spent as much time outside as possible. Nights in the hot tub finished off the days perfectly. Can't wait to get back there again soon!
Would re-visit and would recommend booking. The place is excellently decorated and clean with great amenities, the hiking trail was beautiful and the surrounding area has a lot to offer
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage and property are beautiful and so peaceful. Fabiola is an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. My husband’s favourite part was visiting the chicken coup for fresh eggs every morning. Couldn’t recommend more!
We had a wonderful stay! It was beautiful, even though the weather didn’t cooperate. The hot tub was amazing, and the views were gorgeous. Great place! Would recommend

We are Jan & Fabiola Prins, born and raised in the Westland greenhouse district in the Netherlands. In 1998, we fell in love with the space and opportunities we saw in Canada, specifically in the Niagara region. We own and operate Prins Grow Inc, specializing in cut flowers since 1998. We have been blessed with two girls (Sarah and Fay). Over the years, as we grew together as a family, we saw the need for Inn the Orchard, a place where couples could celebrate and a space where business could benefit from a fresh air perspective -a farm stay that offers rest and inspiration for both body and mind. In 2019, we expanded into the hospitality industry opening Inn the Orchard. Our 17 acre property, is nestled among Niagara’s fruit trees and grapevines, sitting on the shores of 16 Mile Creek.
