Great house to stay if you’re In Melbourne. Lots of rooms and space. Very close to the water. Beautiful Spanish moss in the front yard! Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Every year our daughters have a soccer tournament in the area and this property is always our favorite! Matt and Anna are friendly and fast to reply! Thank you and we will definitely be staying again!

I would like to add that I think it might be prudent to put lights on the step down area that leads to the giant walk in shower behind the kitchen area. It also could be a hazard like the other sunken rooms in the house, if a person does not know it is there….day or night. Thank you for asking.

The house was in the art district of Melbourne, so we could walk down the street to the shops and restaurant. Also, in the evening we could walk down to the water amongst the beautiful old houses. When there were a few glitches, it was readily taken care of. It was peaceful and absolutely lovely!
