Great apartment! Brook was very responsive and was quick to address any issues we had. It's within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and attractions. We'd definitely stay again!

Great apartment , perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything that Logan Circle has to offer is footsteps away: gorgeous gym, transportation, groceries, bars, restaurants, etc. The parking spot is clutch, if you need to drive, like I did. I stayed for 5 weeks and I wish it was double that! Brook is a great host. I’m looking forward to my next stay!

It’s a very nice and clean studio in the heart of DC, I really enjoyed my stay at Brook’s tiny studio and highly recommend it.

I stayed for 3 months. The location is nice and central. The apartment is very small, but looks quite as in the ad. Brook (whom I never personally met) is very responsive. I have had some troubles I would like to share though: -There is a problem with cockroaches, I have killed around 6 or 7 of them, some very large. -the window in the bathroom is not well isolated, it can get really cold (was not fixed after complaining). -The lights are making some subtle buzzing noise, which made me crazy. Left them switched off most of the time (was not fixed after complaining). -The fire alarm was making weird low battery noises during one night, couldn’t fix it by changing batteries. Had to take the whole thing down (was not fixed after complaining). -The door to the bathroom was not closing at the beginning of my stay. This was fixed. -There was a leak on the ceiling, and some water was dropping down. This was fixed. Considering all this the apartment was heavily overpriced.
