The facility was amazing and a perfect size for our family holiday of 5 adults giving us all lots of room to spread out. Beds were super comfy but pillows very low profile so needed to use quite a few per person. Amenities were quite lacking. Needed to supply pretty much everything on our own, even dish soap, dishwasher powder, toilet paper, cleaning products & rubbish bags which was odd as we flew in from a different country and weren't really expecting this. I left these behind at the house and hopefully the next guest got to benefit from them. Cleanliness of the home was disappointing especially considering we had to buy the cleaning products needed to tidy things up and keep it clean. Weather wasn't too great so we didn't sit out the back but as previous reviews mentioned, weeds and lawn were severely overgrown and it wouldn't have been pleasurable. I've stayed in a lot of AirBNB's and this could have been a 5 star place if a bit more thought and care went into it.

When you confirm your booking, you get a very long list of rules and don’ts to follow as well as a list of fines that will apply if you dont follow, which feels very hostile. Despite all the rules, we were given the wrong key code and it took an hour for her to come back with the correct code. When we finally got in the beds had not been changed, there were no clean towels, dirty towels on floor and bins full of rubbish. For the hassle they did compensate by refunding one day from the fee. The garden is overgrown with weeds so don’t expect to spend time there and crockery and cutlery for the size of the house was underwhelming. Besides the above issues, we had a comfortable stay. It’s a large house in a beautiful neighbourhood.
