Being at this Airbnb for my fiancé and I’s getaway trip to elope was beyond amazing thanks to Kristen! She had some Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival and even had a bouquet of roses delivered to make our special weekend that much more incredible! I cannot recommend this treehouse getaway enough to anyone who wants the same price as a hotel but with all the amenities of a luxury home. Everything about our weekend went flawless thanks to staying at this house. It was close to everything we wanted to go do, can walk to local stores and restaurants, and can even have a romantic night in under some lights and trees in the jacuzzi. I can’t say enough good things about this place, Kristen was a fabulous host and the house was just what we had envisioned for our most memorable trip. 10 out of 10, would definitely book again!

Kristen’s place was awesome and she was an amazing host. Great walkable location for a Universal Studios visit. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and toiletries. When we couldn’t get the fireplace on she came in to fix while we were away. However, I’m still not sure if we were just being dumb and couldn’t figure it out but it was great to have it working when we got back! She had plenty of insight and recommendations for the surrounding areas. Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for a central hang out space. Awesome outside seating area as well that I wish we had utilized more. We had a great time and could only think of positives for this wonderful spot!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This has by far been our favorite airbnb we have ever stayed in. After quick responses from the host, we stepped into an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was extremely clean. There was more than enough amenities for every need you would have in both the kitchen and bathroom. We could go on, but would have to say that our favorite part was dipping in the backyard hot tub at night. With lights surrounding the tub, it was a very cozy atmosphere. We were able to walk straight down to universal a few days in as it was just a few blocks away as well! Kirsten’s home and kindness was more than enough for us as we celebrated our honeymoon!

Kristen is great - lots of messages, recommendations, and the place is great. Big, airy, spacious. You can literally see Universal Studios and the very first letter of the Hollywood Sign from the balcony! Lots of freeway noise but that’s to be expected due to its location. Highly recommended! Thanks Kristen!

We are so happy with our decision to book here and enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Had a cabin feel to it and lots of greenery outside. Very relaxing place and convenient being so close to Universal Studios to walk. Kristen was super helpful with any questions and understanding. This is an excellent airbnb and highly recommend!
