We couldn't be happier with the chalet! When I booked the chalet, I received great instructions from Maude about how to find the place, how to get in, and more. Plus, she even sent some great local tips about where to get groceries and how to get around the area. The cabin sits on the bank of a creek that is extremely beautiful. It's a great place to just sit and enjoy being outside. We were there in the winter, so we enjoyed the view of the creek from the large windows in the living room. The surrounding area is great too. Smuggler's Notch ski resort is literally two minutes away. The market is an easy drive too. Stowe is not too far either. And there are lots of places to hike closeby. It had all the amenities you could want including a coffee maker, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, washer and dryer, tv, and internet. I don't know what else to say other than we absolutely LOVED our stay. The next time we visit the area, I know the chalet will be our first lodging choice.

Maude's beautiful cabin was perfect for our ski getaway. Is proximity to Smuggler's Notch was just what we were looking for making each day so easy. Extremely comfortable space that felt like gome cery quickly.
