The unit looked exactly like in the pictures, very cute and clean. The location was ideal. A couple blocks away from 2 different metro lines. Very easy to go out and discover the city. However, the host (which turned out to be a company) was completely unresponsive. I tried to reach out and followed up on it 3 times without an answer, still to this day. The whole building seems to only be AirBnBs which are mostly managed by the same company. We didn't realize it at first but we might prefer some more independent AirBnB in the future or simply a hotel stay.

The place was great. easy to find. instructions were clear. spotless. bathroom was super clean. towels and linen provided. even a white noise machine. place looked exactly like the pictures. walkable to old port. my only callout, parking is not included and was expensive. communication could have been better. the initial instructions sent were clear but the parking link was not working. I had to finally ring the Sonder team to get a response.

Très beau séjour dans ce logement. Très bien situé. Près du Vieux-Port et station de métro à proximité. Les images sont fidèles à la réalité et les instructions d’arrivée sont très clair. Nous recommandons fortement et nous y retournerions sans hésiter! Merci beaucoup!
