We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen, and impeccable cleanliness made for a delightful stay. The property is exactly as described, with the added bonus of being just a stone's throw away from the beach. The level of comfort and privacy provided made this experience truly exceptional. Highly recommend!
We loved everything about this place and would come back. It was clean, quiet, very close to some nice restaurants. We loved that we could be in the hub bub of activity, or go home to our quiet little clean place and chill. Lovely spot!!

Amazing house! Amazing pool! The house was more stunning in person. Space for everyone. We loved the Sonos outside at the pool. The house was so inviting that we probably spent more time there then we normally would. The only issue was that the bunk bed room didn’t have its own bathroom. The primary bedroom is next to that room so our kids just used our shower. The home is a quick stroll to Longosta beach or quick golf cart ride to the beach club or Tamarindo. Loved that we had access to the beach club! We had a great time there when we spent the full day at the beach. They had lunch, drinks and live entertainment. They were also able to accommodate setting up last minute surf lessons. When we come back to Tamarindo we would absolutely stay here again
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our 2 families! We loved the walkable location to town and everything about the house from the layout, to the cleanliness, to the amazing pool! We would definitely stay again! My only feedback for locating this property is that it would’ve been helpful to state that we should turn into the gated community at the “punta San Francisco” sign - we had trouble finding it but once there, it was pure perfection! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tropical Vacations and RPM Property Management was started in 1999 and has grown to manage many of the best privately owned proprieties in Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. The key to our success is treating your vacation as if it were our own and taking care of the condos and homes we manage on behalf of owners as if they were our own. RPM is one of the largest employers in the Tamarindo area with over 60 dedicated staff focused on providing great service to our guests and owners. We recognize our success is by being hands-on and developing great relationships with our guests, individual property owners, and staff and we are fortunate to be able to call many of them our friends. It’s an amazing blessing to have friends from everywhere around the world. Our staff is amazing and you will meet many of them on your holiday or working with us on your amazing vacation property here in paradise. We are fortunate to have staff that have been with us since the start. We believe in investing in our staff to help them reach their personal and professional goals. We provide our staff interest free loans, time off for education classes and opportunities for growth within the company. Tropical Vacations / RPM is involved in the community as well. We pay the water bills and help maintain the community children’s park and soccer field. We support the surfrider foundation to help keep our beautiful beaches clean and free from trash. We are heavily involved in the local bi-ligual school La Paz and Amigos de Educacion who offer and provide scholarships to the local families in our community. RPM is truly a family committed to making your experience in Tamarindo, Costa Rica wonderful and memorable.
