The upstairs bath tub was completely clogged. When the top floor flushed the bottom toilet splashed water on the seat...when the middle floor toilet flushed a volcano erupted in the bottom toilet splashing water everywhere. Myself and a friend of 50 years were staying on the bottom floor and we had anxiety every time we had to use the bathroom. We would have to go upstairs and announce the we were going to the bathroom and no one was to flush. We are from Florida. We are used to flat roads. That driveway was very scary!! Also you should make it very clear that there is a cul-de-sac for turning around further down the road. The house was cute and the area was great, but I would NEVER stay there again.

Had no gas for fireplace ! Told them and nobody brought none. Thermostat was lock and we bought froze ! I called and text, no response ! House was nice, but I won't be back

This was an adorable cabin on a mountain side perfect Christmas setting. They even set up some Christmas decorations which really made it feel homey. Very clean space and had everything we needed. Coffee maker takes kcups so bring with you if you want coffee your first morning! We knew we would be arriving in the middle of the night so I asked if a light could be left on for us and they responded quickly and had an outdoor light and light on inside for us. This cabin is on a mountain side so the road to get to the house is incredibly steep. because of that it was a little scary at first to get into the driveway at 2am. We have a truck so we were able to make it just fine but getting in and out was a little tough because there wasn't a lot of space and you can't just back out or you would have to go reverse down the whole road. Again, very steep. Hot tub was in perfect working order and clean. heaters in the bathrooms and gas fire place in the main living area. downstairs had 2
