Probably the best place to stay in lamar.Two rooms definitely gives a small apt feel.Well priced, clean and homely feeling. Only negative was mattress in 308 super supersoft, but someone might like that, Mentioned to Jarod said he would get replaced.

Stayed in 310/312, nice space and clean. There are no blackout shades, so, if early sun bothers you, bring an eyemask. It was a little snafu about a second unit I rented, and the property manager and hose tried to rectify the best they could. It’s a cool historic building, right downtown, and a responsive host. To what I was expecting, and I would recommend the location and the building.
