Condo was beautiful with great views of the canal/boats. Great location and minutes away from the beach. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

The place is well located in Estero island. Scott is a great host and easy to contact with great recommendations.

Pros: The view from the back screened patio is beautiful. Scott has thoughtful beneficial beach essentials such as backpack beach chairs (3), backpack cooler, ice packs, and beach toys for kids. Convenience store within walking distance Cons: The exterior of the building is quite dated however inside seems to have recently been renovated you can still smell fresh paint and the adhesive used to lay the new flooring. The furniture is cloth and could use a cleaning Right before bed the first night I discovered blood on the top comforter in the master bedroom I immediately contacted AIR BNB and the company offered me a partial refund for the obvious serious cleanliness concern. The next morning I was contacted by Scott who offered my family and me two options either a new set of linen or check out! I was appalled but remained polite and explained to Scott that it was a huge inconvenience for my family to suddenly have to check out of our vacation home due to him basically not wanting to discount our stay which was clearly only fair. Scott replied and said he did agree that this issue warranted a discount and removed the cleaning fee and that his “assistant” would bring clean linen(we returned from the beach about 6hr after this conversation to discover our “clean linen” in a black garbage back sitting on the bare ground which I forgot to mention is covered in small lizards). After this interaction (early in the morning) I went into the kitchen to fix some coffee and discovered a whole colony of ants. After the way our first interaction went, I felt uncomfortable with even reporting this issue in fear that he may once again ask my family to check out. So I sucked it up and walked to the CVS(8MIN WALK) and purchased some ant spray. While I was spraying the home I of course found more ants! While sitting on the patio I noticed a huge brown yellow-looking stain on the bottom of the blinds it appeared to be vomit I don’t know what it was again I swallowed my uncomfortablity for the sake of salvaging our family vacation and did not report this issue. The shower door in the master bathroom does not close properly causing excessive water on the floor. Overall the place is ok but it needs a deep cleaning and a revamp on the furniture I do not believe this unit had been cleaned and that makes my skin crawl!!!

The apartment and location was great. You're no more than a 10 minute walk from the beach and the large screened balcony overlooks the bayside -- you get to enjoy the best of both. Apartment was clean and there was plenty of space. Kitchen had more than enough room for meal prep, etc. and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was nice and the laundry facilities, which are very clean, take credit cards (no search for quarters!). Would definitely stay in this location again.
