Beautiful property with a beautiful beach nearby. It is a peaceful and relaxing place to go with friends and relatives and have fun. Also, the view was amazing and one of the best I have seen! Would recommend it for anyone!

Peaceful quiet and relaxing villa immaculately clean all beautifully prepared with lots of space and roomy bedrooms and plenty bathrooms with lots of towels and bathrobes provided We had issue with the hot tub and hot water not working due to electrical issues unfortunately was not resolved Pool area was also spotlessly clean so relaxing great outdoor seating choices pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all And location and the area is very windy so we were not able to eat or barbecue outside mid august as everything was flying around Very peaceful relaxing location lots to do great beaches and food Lovely garden and fruit trees We had a great time

A great family villa within easy walking distance to the stoney beach. The Villa is in a remote location away from the busy towns, with the nearest supermarket 5 mins drive away in Gennadi, which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. The pool and garden area is nice and private and sits in a small group if 3x villas and has an outdoor BBQ area which we made good use of. The host purchased new tools for us and helped with our questions promptly.

Outdoor area was a real positive and lived up to expectations with comfortable furniture. Indoor living space was smaller than anticipated. Some basics such as salt, pepper, bbq tools, bread and carving knives were not there so resulting in us purchasing them to enhance our stay. Was very clean with plenty of towels. We had major issues with the electrics in part of the villa in the first four days which sometimes was multiple occasions within a day. Initially owner sent electrician to resolved and he seemed to know what the issue was. As it kept happening the owner then stated it wasn’t their responsibility and was due to outage across Rhodes, but neighbours didn’t experience this and came back on when maintenance turned up. After that communication was hit and miss. Local beach is not what is described, it is very stony with rubble and no real facilities. Beaches 20 mins drive north were beautiful. Couldn’t find washing machine. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again
