The home was conveniently located to attend the High Pint Furniture market. The home is clean, neat and well appointed. Paloma communicated wonderfully. We had a great stay!

Paloma's place was perfect for visiting our son on Senior weekend. With two sets of grandparents in tow the two downstairs bedrooms made it perfect. The home is beautifully refurbished with a cozy backyard porch area perfect for morning coffee. A straight shot 5 min drive to HPU was perfect for attending all the events. I recommend to anyone visiting HPU or Highpoint.

This house had some nice decor elements to it. The living room was comfy and easy for our family to gather. The kitchen had some lovely glasses. The layout worked nicely for us. It did tend to be loud being on a busy street. We found the location convenient to coffee shops and HPU. The house is old with some apparent electrical issues that kept the microwave from being usable. A bigger issue is that the heat stopped working in the night and we woke up cold. I informed Paloma about the heat issue but didn’t hear back for several hours. Our son happened to be with us who works HVAC. He was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem, which saved Paloma from having to get an HVAC tech out, but she didn’t offer us any discount for our discomfort or even express gratitude for the way we helped fix a major problem in her home. I was a bit surprised by that. However, in general we would recommend the home. It is clean, nicely appointed and the beds are fairly comfortable.

Our stay was perfect! It was easy to access the home and very convenient for a visit to HPU with friends. We loved chatting with a glass of wine of the back porch as well as the comfy couch in the living room. Would definitely return for my next visit to High Point!
