Had a lovely weekend break. The apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped for eating in and two very comfortable sofas in the lounge for relaxing on. The bed was lovely and comfy. Great location in walking distance to the beach and shops. The only downside was there was a family of four in the apartment above which was a little noisy at times as you could hear them moving around a lot.

We come to Hornsea quite a lot, it’s a special place for us. Joanna’s property is perfect for a stay, it’s very spacious all on one level with an enclosed garden if you bring your dog. Very clean and well equipped if you want to cook. Location wise you can walk to the sea front in five minutes, or into the park or town in ten. Overall it’s a little gem and perfect for two and your doggy.

What a lovely place! Photos don’t do it justice. The place was spotless, some nice touches too (good snacks!). The bedding was super clean and crisp. The location is literally 2 min walk from the beach. It’s really dog friendly. Hornsea is a lovely old Victorian town and easy to navigate on foot - our dogs really loved the park nearby and the walk out to the Mere. All in we had a really peaceful break and was just what we needed. Thank you so much for having us Joanna

We were away on a Motorhome trip when a fault occurred leaving us with no heating. Due to this we booked at short notice during Joanna’s ‘down’ time. She cancelled carpet cleaners and prepared the apartment quickly for our stay. It was warm and cosy, beautifully furnished and decorated with everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was comfortable with extra bedding if required. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower. Kitchen and equipment were perfect for our needs. Corner shop on junction beside property, and easy walk to beach for walking dogs. Altogether a lovely stay, turned what could have been a disaster into a pleasant experience. Many thanks Joanna, and thank you too for the snacks left as a welcome gift.
