There is comfortable seating for 7 in the open plan lounge which is air- conditioned as well as outside patio table seating for 8 with a built in braai. In the living area you will find games for rainy days. There is a 6-seater dining room table in the open plan living area as well as a downstairs WC. The kitchen has high quality appliances with a walk-in pantry with basic spices, cast iron potjie pot, washing machine, double door Fridge/ Freezer combo as well as a dishwasher. The living areas has two drinks fridges, an ice machine and a water dispenser for your convenience. Well secured sliding doors provide open access to the garden and patio areas. In the upstairs section of the Shaw-Shack you will find the master-suite with wrap around sliding doors and a private balcony from which to enjoy beautiful sea views and the sunrise. The room is airconditioned, has a separate open plan dressing area, full ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, his and hers basins and a separate toilet for privacy. The super-king-sized bed with sea-views will make you want to linger a little longer. The second bedroom has a Juliet-balcony with a double bed. The third bedroom has a Juliet-balcony with two single beds which can be converted into a king size bed on request. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and ceiling fans. The master is air-conditioned and the second and third bedrooms have portable air-conditioners available should this be required. The property is well secured with boundary walls, electric gates, and indoor alarm which is linked to armed response. There is ample shaded parking for cars, regretfully the double garages are not available to guests. There is easy access to the beach via a pedestrian gate in front of the house, it is less than 100m walk to toes in the sand. The main swimming beach has blue flag status and is a short drive or walk of 300m away. The popular Zinkwazi Ski-boat club is situated at the main beach. The Complex of 3 homes have a shared pool with an outdoor shower. The pool is fully fenced and is visible from both upstairs master balcony and the patio downstairs.
