Hi, I am Andrew and present two of my spare rooms located near Halifax on Airbnb. Clean, professional & quiet person. I drink very very rarely and I am also a non smoker. There are no designated smoking areas on the premises and I prefer non smoking guests. Friendly household and respects guest privacy and their personal space. There are locks on the inside of the rooms for peace of mind and further guest privacy. I work 5 days per week from 8:00 am. There is a key lock box option for if/when I am not here DURING check in window. Details sent closer to the time. **Important** Please read the house rules before accepting them. It has to be stated that my listings will not suit people who are heavy alcohol drinkers and turn up at any time intoxicated. I prefer NOT host them and they may be asked to leave. I also like the rooms to be kept as clean as possible so any uncontrolled liquid is generally classed as a hazard. Please ensure your phone number is correct on your profile in case contact is needed. When at home, I can usually be found having a coffee or herbal tea, which guests are more than welcome to share.
