Decent tiny house, that's unfortunately located in the backyard of another property of the friendly owner. Given the full glass doors, the privacy could be improved. While there are blinds for the big glass doors, there are no blinds for the upstairs windows and given that there is no bedroom door, the house is quite bright before 7:00 AM. We were with the two of us so the downstairs area was sufficient space which was lucky as the upstairs area is very low (crawling only) and the staircase is very steep and quite dangerous. The amenities are outdated: the pan was rusty and unusable. The hair dryer buttons were broken as well. Most of the cooking utensils not only felt old and sourced from a thrift shop, they were also flimsy/weak and not suitable for basic cooking. The WiFi speed is quite good but the signal is too weak. While our laptops could connect, neither of our phones could because of lack of signal. In the bedroom, there was no WiFi signal at all.
