What an incredible stay! Beautiful home on the water. Stylish, modern, and the perfect home away from home. PROS: - perfect location, 15mins drive to airport, close to Keukenhof, 25mins from central Amsterdam. - plenty of outdoor furniture to use on the decking surrounding the water home. - Including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and dish-ware. - Microwave oven. - Induction hob (so be mindful if you happen to bring your own pot etc). - Plenty of storage in bedrooms for 5 people. CONS: - Only provided 1 toilet rolls for stay. Bring some along from home. - Linen and towels provided but at an extra mandatory cost. - WiFi available but only outside the water home on the patio and around the marina (not ideal in autumn/winter especially). - Patio can be very slippery especially in the rain. There is plenty of railing to hold onto, but could be improved by using non-slip paint.

VERY BAD that the price do not include the taxes, the linen/towels and the cleaning. It should be included in the price or the price should be shown and detailed in the description!! Too bad that the kichen utensils are not functional or broken and that they don't even provide with basic toilet paper or kitchen paper or dish soap or rubbish bags, a minimum must be provided since they ask to pay for everything, not even salt or pepper. They don't provide for hair dryer. And if you want to wash your clothes during you stay you need to pay at least 10€ for a single washing machine though you get provided some soap if they remember at last in Aalsmeer watercenter. The restaurant next to it was pretty good, not the burger though.
