I never in fact met Marina during my stay, as it was the reception desk at this Hotel Apart who handled my check-in and check-out. She was however very accessible and responsive by messaging whenever I had a question or issue to clarify. The small apartment was on the upper level (just stairs, no elevator) with a view out to the side and front street. It was quiet and comfortable. The lock on the door was just one of those simple push-in button types, which didn't feel super secure compared to other hotel rooms... but all the apartment entry doors face an interior circle atrium and the reception desk can see everyone who comes in and goes out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The washing machine for laundry is located on the downstairs bottom floor in the hotel's laundry room, and I was shown a specific machine of the 3 there to use. I felt free to use it and I did so in the evening. There were drying racks that could be taken up and used in the room, though I just hung my clothes in my room as there was plenty of closet space and hangers. The kitchen part of the room was decently equipped with basic dishes, teapot, an electric hot plate, and even a dish drainer. But there was no dish soap or sponge provided so I couldn't wash up what I used during my 3 night stay. When I communicated with Marina about this, she said it was ok to leave the dirty dishes when I checked out. Overall, I had a reasonably good stay here. I could recommend it if you're looking to stay on the main strip in Kemer in a smaller hotel rather than in the giant ones nearby.

Хотим поблагодарить за отлично проведённое время. В апартаментах очень чисто. На ресепшн очень быстро решали наши вопросы. Даже наши сумки помогли внести, когда приехали, и помогли вынести, когда уезжали. Очень понравились фигурки из полотенец на кроватях. Дети были в восторге! Рекомендуем Minta apartments!
