We had a fabulous stay! The home was as described, stylish and comfortable. Hanging out on the dock, and use of the kayaks and game room were some of the highlights of our family gathering. We definitely picked the right spot for our Rockport weekend, and highly recommend it. Thank you for a memorable time.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen had everything you could ask for, the beds were nice and comfy. While we were there we spent most of our time on the patio deck or on the pier. Gorgeous sunsets, quiet neighborhood and close to town. Loved the ducks!! John was the perfect host. He gave clear extensive instructions. We had absolutely no problems at all. He even offered to let us check in early and he let us know that there was no hurry to checkout. A fantastic stay.... we would not hesitate to book again!!

Great place! Beautiful view, peaceful. We saw many ducks and dolphins. Our kids (5,10,16) loved the game room and couldn’t get enough. Fully equipped kitchen! The only downside was that after 5 days of fishing day and night there were still no keepers, only a few stingrays and gafftops. Then again, it was not the best weather as our nights brought storms and the days were cloudy. Overall, we all had a great time and had wonderful hospitality!
