There is a dining area that accommodates 6. There are two full baths, newly renovated with walk in shower and the other with bathtub/shower combo. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a closet. The Primary is en-suite. The living area seats approximately 8 with a leather sofa and loveseat, ottoman, 3 occasional chairs, 1 recliner. We have several games (chess, monopoly, cards)and books! Guests have access to the expansive wooded property. There is a huge deck off the back of the cottage with dining table, dining chairs, umbrella and casual seating for 8 total. Propane gas grill. The garden has a natural fire pit with additional comfortable seating for 8. Full driveway accommodates approximately 4-6 cars. There is fishing allowed at Beach #2. The Main Beach has a sandy area, a pier, swim platforms, picnic tables and a pavilion. This is private for the subdivision and only a half block away from the cottage. There are two kayaks at the main beach for our guests to enjoy!
