Cozy and clean cottage in the woods with lake access and a beautiful view! The space was perfect for our holiday weekend in Spread Eagle. We hope to return again next year.

The carriage house was lovely! Very clean! It was bright, open, and spacious. It’s obviously cared for with a keen sense of decorum and little touches of farmhouse elegance. We were pleased with the layout and we also appreciated utilizing the dock for our pontoon boat. The area is peaceful and the chain of lakes are gorgeous! We were fortunate to be there during hot weather, and many people were enjoying the lakes. We fished and toured around admiring the many lovely properties. Our host was friendly and responsive. We brought our own drinking water knowing how places near lakes might have hard water. The water is potable, but fussy water drinkers might want their own bottled water for drinking. Our host had several bottles of water already chilled in the refrigerator for us upon arrival. We would love to return again!

This was a fabulous place to stay. Windham was attentive and easy to contact. The apartment was clean and cozy.

We had a great stay. Just be aware there is no AC if you happen to be there during a heat wave. Our first day was pretty hot. Wonderful on the lake. And super cute place.

Had a very nice weekend here! The host was nice, quick on returning communication and gave great restaurant recommendations. Cute relaxing place and loved that I could bring my doggos. Would definitely recommend.
