This place is horrible! The window was broken and cardboard was there to "fix it" the home was filthy dirty it was disgusting. Ciggarette buds and trash all in the yard out back. The fireplace was broken. Light switches were broken. There were no lights out back and I tripped and fell almost out my head into a BBQ because I couldn't see because there were no lights. The toilet was dirty and Getting in the front door was a joke. I walked in for maybe 5 min and didn't even stay. I felt unsafe and I did not want to be exposed to Covid or any other health issues this dirty place could have caused. I have requested a refund and am getting my attorney involved at this point because the host in non responsive when asked for a refund. These people are crooks and don't want to return money for there unadvertised and uncleanliness home . I do not recommend staying here ever!

I don't think the house was ready to rent out. it appeared to be remodeled but there were so many details that were overlooked. We had several big issues we encountered. The first was the refrigerator. When we arrived we noticed it did not cool. the host sent a repair man very quickly but it took 2 days to fix the issue. We had to place all of our food in bags outside because it was cooler than the fridge. Second, the downstairs shower was inoperable. The handle to the cold water came off and there was no way to turn it on. Once again, the host was very responsive, but the plumber could not fix it that day so we could not use the shower the entire week. The shower fixtures in the middle bathroom were also so loose that they felt like they were also going to fall off. The master bathroom cabinet door fell off when I opened it as well. Lastly, the heater stopped working 2 nights before we were due to check out. A repairman was sent out, but by then we just didn't want to stay any longer. It had snowed the night before and it was 61 inside the house and we just didn't want to risk another cold night. We checked out a day before our checkout day and I requested a refund for at least that day due to the fact that I didn't have an operating fridge for 2 days, no downstairs shower and a broken heater. I never heard back about my refund.
