This is a beautiful and clean home in a nice and safe neighborhood of Orcutt. The home has absolutely everything you can possibly need and it is a nice walk to the quaint town of Old Orcutt. Frances was easy to reach and all instructions for checking in and staying there were straightforward. We are looking forward to staying at this home again.

This property exceeds all expectations! In the quiet neighborhood of Foxenwoods, you are 5 minutes from Old Orcutt and all the charm it has to offer! This is the perfect place for a wine country getaway!

We recently had a family reunion with 3 families at Frances’ house. The house is more than wonderful!!! The pictures do not do justice to how nice it is!! The living room, kitchen and dining area is open floor, spacious to host all of us comfortably. The kitchen appliances are all renovated, in fact very modern and functional! The outdoor furnitures and settings allowed us to enjoy a bbq dinner! I can totally see us live in here! Everything is clean too! Frances is very responsive, she always reply to my questions within 5 minutes! In fact she wrote me a note explained every details in the house before we arrive, very helpful!The best host I’ve ever run into on Abnb. I just can’t say better words about her!! The house is located in Santa Maria, the heart of many top notch SM wineries. Costco is 2 exits away. 30 minutes to Pismo downtown. 1 hour to Morro Bay. Very convenient! I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!!

Wonderfully cozy and inviting place. There was absolutely everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Easy access, plenty of parking, hassle free entrance and a rather large living area. Super clean! Would recommend Frances place and will come again for sure. Thanks Frances!
